ANDRES RAMOS

 

Mr. Ramos serves as the President and Manager. With over 25 years’ experience in construction in DFW, he manages the construction operations and estimating for commercial, industrial, municipal and school projects.  Over the last 10 years, he has delivered $80 million in projects for General Contractor clients.  Mr. Ramos previously served as project manager and estimator at RPMx and Archer-Western, managing projects and contract values over $140 million. Mr. Ramos received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Texas in 2001.

 

J.J. HEID

 

Mr. Heid serves as Vice President, managing construction operations and estimating for all residential construction. His 25 years of construction, design and development afford him knowledge from all sides of the land development framework. Over the last 10 years, he has delivered over $100 million of residential earthwork projects, with contract values up to $5 million. Currently, he manages the construction operations and estimating for all residential projects. Mr. Heid has been a developer representative and project manager for master-planned community development and has been a licensed Professional Engineer in TX, AZ and LA (inactive). He received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee in 2000.
